Response time
This is a small independent site. There is no guaranteed response time. We review corrections as part of maintaining the source material, and cannot provide urgent help.
What we can help with
We can investigate the site's content, sources and calculator behaviour. We cannot determine your personal entitlement, access or process a claim, resolve a workplace dispute, or give legal or tax advice.
For a government payment or claim, contact Services Australia through its official channels. For workplace leave, start with Fair Work's parental leave guidance and your employer's HR team.
