About
Leave answers you can trace.
This site helps you work out your Australian parental leave and pay. It brings the published government rules into one checker so you can see the numbers that apply to your family.
How the numbers work
Figures come from Services Australia, the Fair Work Ombudsman and public sector instruments. Each source shows when it was last checked. If we cannot trace a figure to a primary source, we leave it out.
Rates and day counts are checked each July, and corrections are dated when made.
